She is an award-winning public relations counselor with a background in media relations and corporate communication, and has been an active member of PRSA for more than 10 years. Before joining Consensus, Hue Lien held positions as director of School Marketing for the Dairy Council of Florida, and Communications Representative for Walt Disney Imagineering, where she helped create and implement the company’s first media relations program. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida Advertising/Public Relations program. Accreditation is a voluntary certification program offered by the Public Relations Society of America, which signifies extensive knowledge and experience in the Public Relations field. To become accredited, a public relations professional must work full-time in the public relations field for a minimum of five years and must pass an examination administered by the Public Relations Society of America. Accreditation must be maintained by meeting requirements for continuing education, professionalism, and experience.
