Dana Loncar has 15 years experience in government relations and political campaigns in Central Florida. Since joining Consensus Dana has focused on local lobbying and campaign management for a variety of clients. Most recently, she led incoming Senate President Andy Gardiner’s fundraising for his 2012 reelection. She also served as General Consultant for Pam Gould’s campaign for Orange County School Board – where Pam defeated the incumbent.

In 2007 Dana represented a group of business and community leaders – known as "Let Us Vote" – who successfully passed the first citizen led ballot initiative in Orange County history to allow the voters to decide if they wanted to directly elect the School Board Chair. Following this overwhelming victory Dana was hired to manage Bill Sublette's successful campaign for School Board Chair.

 Dana joined Consensus in 2006 after four years working in government affairs for Orlando Health overseeing the Government and Community Relations staff and functions for the organization on the federal, state, and local levels. Dana's specific focus was on lobbying for local, state and federal policy issues and federal appropriations. During this time Dana led Orlando Health's effort to obtain funding for Central Florida's only Level I Trauma Center and was successful in obtaining the first local public dollars for the trauma center - $3.2 million from four local governments.

 Prior to joining Orlando Health served as Public Affairs Coordinator for Orange County Mayor Richard Crotty, and was responsible for the county's state and federal legislative agenda including items related to transportation, healthcare, growth management, and public safety. Dana also served as Campaign Manager for Bill Sublette's bid for Congress in 2000, and managed incoming Speaker of the House Tom Feeney's re-election campaign. Dana began her career in 1997 as a Legislative Aide to Representative Lee Constantine.

Originally from Tallahassee, Dana graduated from Florida State with a degree in Political Science. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 57 and served as the Chairman of the Board for the Coalition for the Homeless (2010-2011).
